The Aqua Nature residence is ideally situated just 50 meters from the sea, in a central location that offers all the essential amenities for your daily needs. This modern apartment, located on the 7th floor of a new complex, is designed with contemporary furnishings and equipped with modern comforts. 

The living area features a modern open kitchen fully fitted with a dishwasher and includes two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one bedroom with three single beds. The apartment also has two bathrooms, one with a shower and additional shower facilities.

The living room is equipped with air conditioning (hot or cold), satellite TV with channels in Belgian, Dutch, and German, and WIFI. The southeast-facing balcony, spanning 13m², is fully furnished and offers stunning front views of the sea and the surrounding area, including the city of Torrevieja. The spacious pool area includes a children's section, while additional amenities comprise a playground for toddlers, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, as well as facilities for jeu de boules.

Parking is available in the underground garage at no extra charge.
